Application and features
Some customers use the processing machinery to produce some aquatic livestock fodder, namely, crab fodder, fin less EEL fodder, tortoise fodder, small-sized fish fodder, special fish food for goldfish, red parrot, dragon fishseawater ornamental fish.
1.Variety shapes of high-grade feed pellets for fish, shrimps .etc this machine can be produced ,According to different requirements.
2.The finished pellets can keep floating for 5-10 hours without pollution to water.(Based on the materials of the feed )
3. By changing the mold,the Floating fish feed machine can make output of the feed pellet from dia.1.0mm-20mm.
4.The floating time can be controlled by the puffing degree adjustment.
5.Electric heating device is adopted which can improve the feed expansion rate and pellets floating time.
6.High temperature and high pressure cooking process can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections and also makes the pellets easily to digest.
7.The wet type Floating Fish Feed Machine needs a boiler to make steam which can conduct steam to the conditioner and ripen the raw material in advance.
